Welcome to the Bourne Club Website
The Bourne Club is a multi sports facility situated on the A287 just outside Farnham town centre in Surrey. Located in a semi rural area we pride ourselves on having top class sporting facilities, provided to our Members at reasonable costs. Initially set up in the early 1920s, the Bourne has evolved over the years in to one of Surrey’s most prestigious sporting clubs that provides much welcomed activity to many local residents.

We cater for a variety of sports and activities, and encourage Members to participate in as many as possible by allowing most membership categories access to all of what we offer. The racquet sports enjoyed at the Club comprise badminton, squash and tennis, although racquet ball is also available to be played on the squash courts. We have a full sized snooker table, pool table, table tennis tables and a small fitness suite to complement the main sports, and Bridge is also played to a high level by Members who join either solely to enjoy this pastime, or who also play one or more of the sports.
As a Private Members Club, the Bourne is owned and run by its Members, all of whom have an opportunity to get involved with the organisation of activities etc should they like. The membership appoints a Management Committee to represent its interests, who in turn appoint a Club Manager to implement its objectives. The Club Manager then appoints all other staff, and is responsible for all operational aspects of the Club.
