In addition to the Club’s main activities as detailed opposite, we also have facilities for Fitness, Snooker and Pool.
Our fitness suite is ideal for those Members looking to use high quality equipment, but in a small and compact environment. We have a Technogym Cable Jungle and free weights section providing the resistance equipment, alongside a Concept 2 rowing machine, Pulse Fitness bikes and treadmill, and a Precor Cross Trainer for cardio vascular work. Since access to this facility is included in most membership categories, it also represents excellent value for money. All users must have undertaken an induction. Minimum age 12 years. 12-15 year olds must only use the facilities with adult supervision and this adult must have also undertaken an induction.
Our resident Fitness Instructor, Mick Dawson, is available for both inductions and personal training, and can tailor programmes to suit individual needs. His client base ranges from juniors looking to increase their sporting performance, to other members looking to simply keep fit. As well as physical fitness, Mick is also able to give nutritional advise to help maximise the effectiveness of working out, and to also be on hand to answer any questions you might have as to the suitability of particular exercises. The Club also offers Pilates classes with Hannah Epps from Farnham Pilates (www.farnhampilates.com).

The Club’s snooker and pool facilities comprise full sized tables for both sports available for private use. The Snooker section also holds an annual tournament for those players looking to compete on a slightly more formal basis.
Finally, the Club hosts some external classes. These range from Little Kickers soccer, to Pilates and Yoga. Most of these classes are available to both Members and non members, giving those persons unfamiliar with our facilities a taste of what we are able to offer. Details of all such classes are available in the Club house.
