Pickleball English Open this weekend - Bourne members competing
Bourne Club members are competing this weekend in the Pickleball Skechers English Open at Telford International Centre. There are nearly 2000 entrants from 42 countries playing on 40 courts, including some of the top US players. This is the biggest and best international tournament happening outside of the US. Some of our players are defending medals from last year’s Open - we send you all the best!

Our 2024 Padel Championships Finals took place on Saturday 22nd June in the glorious sunshine.
A record turnout for this years championships, showing the demand for Padel at the club. Hopefully we will have 2 new courts ready for the 2025 Championships.
Well done to all who part, and those who made it through to the finals.
A big thank you to Marissa Ivey for her hard work behind the scenes preparing the day, before handing over to our Club Manager Colin for delivery on the day, alongside his bar team. Thanks to Miron & James for their help with running the event on the day.

On Saturday 22nd June we held our 94th Annual Bourne Club Tennis Championships!
With some stunning weather and matches it made a great day for our members, family and friends to come down to the club and spend a day of socialising and support for our finalists.
We would like to thank our Head Coach James Cooles @jamescoolescoaching for running a smooth tournament from start to finish. We would like to thank our Club Manager Colin Elliot and his staff for getting the club ready from the outside bar, to decorating.
We would also like to thank Marissa Ivey @kwirkyatthebourne for organising such a lovely players brunch before the tournament started! And finally @signaturecatering_fleet for providing a wonderful BBQ in the afternoon for all!
