BOURNE CLUB GYM – full of sparkling new equipment!!

Equipment

The new gym has a  comprehensive set of cardio, resistance and weight equipment including treadmills, step machine, exercise bikes, rowing machines cross-trainers, chest / shoulder press, lat pull / mid row, leg extension/curl, adjustable benches, free weights, TRX suspension, medicine balls and stretch areas.

The Bourne Club is the only 7 day a week gym on the South side of Farnham. Located just half a mile from the centre of Farnham on the Frensham Road, close to the town centre the railway station access is easy with free car parking.
 
Opening Hours :
6:30 am to 10pm - Monday – Friday
8am to 8pm - Saturday
8am to 8pm - Sunday.

Personal Training

Personal trainers are available throughout the week to help you create your own fitness program and motivate you to get the results you want. A range of fitness classes are also available at the Club, many offering discounted rates for members.

GYM FORMS

Induction waiver - The Club recognises the importance of every member undergoing an induction.

However, if you have stated that you are an experienced gym user, the Club will allow you to use the facilities, provided you seek advice from a member of staff if you are in anyway unfamiliar with a particular piece of equipment or type of exercise, and if you complete the induction waiver (below).

PAR-Q Form - All members must complete a PAR – Q Form before commencing any exercise programme. PAR –Q stands for Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire. It all allows us to ensure it is safe for you to begin exercising on a regular basis. Medical clearance may be required from some members who have current health issues such as ongoing heart or breathing issues, very high blood pressure, etc.  In some cases, please be aware a GP may charge for this.

Classes

A range of classes are run on the premises including Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, cardio tennis, body tone,HIIT interval training, circuit training . Classes are chargeable

Fancy trying some racquet sports?

All  members can play badminton and table tennis. Silver and Gold members can also play tennis and squash throughout the year on the indoor and outdoor courts.
