Full of fantastic equipment, our gym has a comprehensive set of cardio, resistance and weight equipment including treadmills, step machine, exercise bikes, rowing machines cross-trainers, chest / shoulder press, lat pull / mid row, leg extension/curl, adjustable benches, free weights, medicine balls and stretch areas.
Use of Equipment
The Club recognises the importance of every member undergoing an induction.
However, if you have stated that you are an experienced gym user, the Club will allow you to use the facilities, provided you seek advice from a member of staff if you are in anyway unfamiliar with a particular piece of equipment or type of exercise and you complete an Induction Waiver form.
In addition, all members must complete a PAR–Q Form before commencing any exercise programme. PAR–Q stands for Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire. It allows us to ensure it is safe for you to begin exercising on a regular basis. Medical clearance may be required from some members who have current health issues such as ongoing heart or breathing issues, very high blood pressure, etc. In some cases, please be aware a GP may charge for this.

Stomp Fitness @ The Bourne
We are delighted to be working with fitness provider, Stomp Fitness.
Jo and her team run a number of ‘Stomps’ (outside power walking and body weight exercise classes) in the local area. A full programme of classes will be available at The Club together with Personal Training sessions.

Classes at The Bourne
A range of chargeable fitness classes are available at the Club.
These include Zumba, Yoga, Barre, HITT, Pilates, Tone and Circuits.
